RV Country is looking for skilled RV Technicians to join our team! In this role, you’ll use your mechanical know-how to diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs, helping our customers get back on the road and enjoy their adventures. Job Responsibilities Examine and diagnose RV problems. Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor. Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor. Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman. Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor. Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly. Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation. Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs. Attend company and factory training. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills for working with service advisors, foremen, and team members Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines Requirements: Education and Experience RV Technician experience required Current valid driver’s license required High school diploma or GED required Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with company match PTO Great company culture Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
