Job Description Job Description MOUNTAIN SPIRITS CO. CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB DESCRIPTION CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE The customer service representative role is the key role at Mountain Spirits Co. In this role you’re at the forefront of service, providing excellent customer service while also progressing background tasks necessary for the store to function. As a customer service representative, you’ll be an advocate for your customers, seeking an outcome that leaves the customer satisfied and looking forward to their next visit. DUTIES: Cashiering Customer Service Receiving product deliveries. Stocking/ Product Displaying Cleaning duties. Opening/Closing duties. Up-selling product. Learning the products and promotions. Compliance with Title 4 practices. Security of the store/maintaining personal safety. QUALIFICATIONS: Basic math Cash handling Friendliness Self-motivated Willingness to learn. Physical ability to be on your feet the majority of your shift. Physical ability to lift 30 lbs. Title 4 knowledge encouraged.
