We are looking for the perfect candidate to grow with us. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative assistance. As the first-person that callers and visitors encounter, the right person will have a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor, will be organized, and able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Various administrative duties including but not limited to: greeting incoming client calls and visitors, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, data entry, managing our CRM, processing applications, tracking pending business, preparing reports, maintaining files, keeping office supplies in stock, keeping the office tidy. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Quickbooks, and managing a CRM system. Previous financial services experience preferred but not required. The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as be a great team member. Will sponsor the right person to get an insurance license. Bonuses and substantial room for growth for the right candidate! MUST: Live in Flagstaff MUST: Have prior experience, office management, or administrative assistant. MUST: Have experience in Bookkeeping and/or Quickbooks MUST: Be a self-starter, a go-getter, an enthusiastic learner, want to be a part of a growing team with great potential! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
