Job Description:

Leavitt Northern Arizona in Flagstaff, AZ and Cottonwood, AZ is looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager, preferably with 3-5 years working with small to medium-sized accounts. We provide our clients with competitive, sophisticated insurance and risk management solutions. Our team of insurance professionals is made up of people with a wide range of experience, many of whom are considered regional and national leaders in their respective fields.

If you're confident in your customer service skills and the ability to communicate easily with a variety of clients, carriers, company personnel, and others, this opportunity could be a great fit for you. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, in general, you will provide support to the customer and sales staff.

SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance License
• 3-5 years of insurance agency experience
• Understanding of insurance terms and coverages
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
• Team player and problem solver
• Computer software in using Microsoft Office and carrier rating software
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
• Takes initiative and displays a sense of urgency
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to make recommendations specific to client needs
