positionEmployed opportunitySeeking BCFaculty Experience is a
plusResponsibilities:Develop and launch a new Psychiatry Residency
Program (PRP), including achieving initial program
accreditation.Oversee the administrative, clinical, and teaching
components of the PRP by performing various duties either
personally or through staff.Serve as a member of the Leadership
Team and provide direct patient care within the PRP.In consultation
with organizational leadership, plan, coordinate, implement, and
direct all aspects of the PRP.Development and implementation of
program curricula, policies, faculty, community partnerships and
other needs.Monitors operational results, manages budgets,
supervises other staff including residents, and oversees day-to-day
program operations.All duties are performed in compliance with the
Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME),
institutional, and department policies and
