  • Job Details
  • This position provides services at the TCRHCC main campus and satellite clinics. Pharmacist is responsible for providing a comprehensive pharmacy and medication management service to patients and ensures a consistent level of service in accordance to TCRHCC policies.
  • Direct patient care and services are provided to neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients.
  • The position provides the opportunity for career advancement through tier levels of Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist as determined by pharmacy experience.
  • Advanced Practice Pharmacist serves as a clinical pharmacist for direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments.
  • Advanced Practice Pharmacist II is responsible for all specialized pharmacy-based clinics and providing an ongoing analysis of clinical services to develop programs that commensurate with the highest quality of care.
  • Responsibilities also include the administration of policies and procedures and directing programs and activities in accordance to TCRHCC's mission, vision, and values.
  • Incumbent serves as the Clinic Manager of Operations at the designated clinic(s) and provides technical and administrative supervision to professional and non-professional employees.
    • Job Requirements
    • Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
    • Must have a current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
    • Have a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
    • A minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Registered Pharmacist.
    • A minimum of one (1) year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist.
      • Schedule Information
      • This position requires working rotational shifts: day, evening, nights, weekends, and Holidays.
        • Additional Details
        • ORIENTATION: Every two (2) weeks only.
        • COVID EXEMPTIONS: We do not accept religious exemptions. If a candidate submits for a medical exemption, we will have to get approval from our medical review board to proceed with onboarding.
