Urgent need for Cardiothoracic Surgery PA or NP for Flagstaff, AZResponsibilities:- Provide high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, including those in senior care settings.- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and administer medications as prescribed.- Perform various medical procedures, including catheterization and phlebotomy, under the supervision of a licensed physician.- Collaborate with medical staff to diagnose and treat patients with a range of medical conditions.- Utilize advanced life support skills, including ventilator management, to care for critically ill patients.Skills:- Experience working in a senior care setting and providing care to patients with complex medical needs.- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in performing various medical procedures, including catheterization and phlebotomy.- Familiarity with ventilator management and the ability to provide critical care to patients in a Level I Trauma Center setting.- Research skills and the ability to contribute to the development of new medical treatments and protocols.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of patients in a Teaching Hospital setting.
