any number of months. --- 36 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical
Unit experience is required from any number of months. ---
Experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys is preferred from any number of
months. --- ADN completion required Requirements: --- Candidates
must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for
submission). --- COVID vaccination required after submission.
Medical declinations accepted. --- Flu vaccination required after
submission. Medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules
may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or

on-boarding process. Additional Details: Tuba City Regional
Healthcare does not require your RN to have an AZ state license, RN
license from any state is acceptable. Limited housing options.
Required: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Nursing Complete
Pediatric Trauma Care After Resuscitation (P-CAR) within 6 months
of hire Orientation: Every two (2) weeks only. COVID Vaccine: If a
candidate submits for a medical exemption, we will have to get
approval from our medical review board to proceed with onboarding.
Housing Application: Must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date
Shift Information: 7 shifts per pay period, 1800 - 0630. Holiday
Coverage: Yes No Call Guaranteed Hours: 36 3 references from last 2
years (Any reference type) - required for submission Proof of
