Job Description Details & requirements for this opportunity: - Specialty: Nurse Anesthetist - Requirement: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Location: Arizona - Start Date: 09/08/2025 - Coverage: Scheduled No Call - License: An active Arizona state license is required - Credentialing Timeframe: 30 day - EMR: Cerner - Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible - Other Details: A CRNA is needed for a hospital-based assignment running from September 8 to January 11, working approximately 40 hours per week. Shifts will vary between 7a–3p, 7a–5p, 7a–7p, or 3p–11p, with scheduling auto-generated by software, so specific shifts or days cannot be requested. The facility includes 11 main ORs and 2 in the ambulatory center, averaging 50–60 cases per day. Case types include ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy. The hospital uses Cerner and SaAnesthesia EMRs and has 317 beds. Candidates must be board certified by NBCRNA, hold or be willing to obtain an active Arizona license before the start date, and be certified in BLS or ACLS. DEA registration is also required. Recent hospital experience is necessary, and candidates will be interviewed by phone.
