Job Description:
Specialty: Medical Oncology Start Date: asap Contract Length: up
to 6 months. Shift Details: Monday through Thursday 7:45am-4:30pm.
Typically 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours admin time on
Fridays but flexible Schedule (days and hours): see above. Work
Details: Support Staff: clinic nurse, nurse navigator, medical
assistant, office coordinator, clinical oncology pharmacist. Amount
of Coverage Needed per Month: fulltime and 2 weeks per month.
Patients per day: 15 Patient Population/Age: adults older than 18
Department Description: EMR: Cerner Hospital Bed size: about 200
Special Procedures: none Skills Required: medical oncology
experienced. Practice Setting: (select one) Clinic/Private Practice
with one week on call per month to include inpatient coverage.
Hospital Requirements: Board Certification: Board Certified License
Required: AZ License required. IMLC Only DEA: required. Minimum
Experience Required: 3 years. Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
