Job Description:
MediPro is seeking a travel Outpatient Occupational Therapist
for a travel job in Flagstaff, Arizona. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Therapist - Discipline:
Therapy - Start Date: 11/03/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours
per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Outpatient
Occupational Therapist Hand Therapy Experience Required 1:1 Direct
Care 11 patients per 8 hour work day. 13 or 26 week contracts
available *Please note that traveler must have an AZ license in
hand* In order to obtain an AZ OT License, the candidate must
submit a fingerprint clearance card along with the application.
Fingerprint clearance estimated turnaround time is- 4-6 weeks. OT
Application estimated turnaround time is 3-6 weeks- the whole
process can take anywhere from 10-12 weeks. Shift: 5X8s 0800 - 1700
Daily Caseload per tech: 8-11 patients Years of experience REQ: 1
year First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: No On Call REQ: No
Floating REQ: No Floating REQ to Sister Facilities: No Blocked
Scheduling: M-F Locals Accepted: Yes License Requirement: AZ
License, BLS, AZ Fingerprint Card Hand Therapy Cert - HIGHLY
PREFERRED RTO Restrictions: RTO needs to be approved by the
facility Special Requirements: Outpatient therapy clinic with OT,
PT and SLP services. Opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary
clinic with OT, PT and ST as well as in-network orthopedics, neuro
