this position Welcome to Children’s Health Center Children
Rehabilitative Services At CHC you will find an all-inclusive
environment to assist with pediatric medical needs. Our staff is
dedicated to making healthcare as convenient as possible for
families and is experienced with children with special needs and
complex medical conditions. CHC CRS is the only multi-specialty
interdisciplinary clinic (MSIC) in Northern Arizona. Our 20,000
square foot clinic is designed to provide the best patient outcomes
possible. Our services include 12 different pediatric specialty
services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy,
registered dietician, social work, audiology and full case
management. In addition, we have several other services to assist
with wheelchair, medical equipment and orthotics evaluation and
dispensing, hearing aids, feeding therapy and dental screenings in
partnership with Northern Arizona University. CHC has additional
specialties to better serve our community. NAH-Inspire is a
lifestyle treatment program specializing in treating pediatric
obesity. And, our Safe Child advocacy program dedicated to provide
comprehensive child abuse intervention services to children and
families who have been victims of crim. These programs make CHC a

career! Job Description: Physician will work with age groups of
zero to 6 years old (up to 12 years old is desired) Provide
developmental assessments and monitoring Evaluate and treat problem
behaviors Diagnose and manage : Autism, ADHD Requirements: This
position would require 3-5 days of coverage per month in person
here in Flagstaff. Mileage to travel to and from the clinic, hotel
stay and per diem while in clinic at CHC is also provided CHC is
multidisciplinary pediatric clinic of medical subspecialists,
therapists, RD’s, NP’s, RN’s, SW, child psychology, and support
staff for NAZ children specializing in children with disabilities.
We are the only such clinic in Arizona, North of Phoenix.
