qualified ER/Trauma RN in Flagstaff, Arizona, 86001! Pay

Minimum 3 years required License: Active, unrestricted RN License
or valid, participating compact license required Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required; TNCC preferred Must-Have: Basic
pediatric skills required Description: The Emergency Room
Registered Nurse provides care in a fast-paced environment.
Nurse-to-patient ratios are typically 4:1, based on acuity.
Candidates will be screened for experience less than the minimum
requirement. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Weekend
shifts are required on a rotating basis, approximately every other
weekend. Required certifications include active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS,
and PALS. TNCC certification is preferred but not mandatory. No
on-call requirements for this position. Candidates should not have
floating restrictions, as flexibility may be required. Travelers
must comply with quality and patient safety standards. The facility
is a Level I trauma center and provides various interdisciplinary
support services. Candidates should be comfortable managing a range
of patient conditions and emergencies. Possessing experience in
trauma care is essential for this role. Candidates will work with
patients across various age groups, including neonates to
geriatrics. All employees are expected to contribute positively to
the team and adapt to the dynamic nature of emergency care.
