centered care team Seeing all ages of patients & whole spectrum of
primary care Working with acute and chronic health problems along

work autonomously occasionally Will be either M - TH or T - F
(7:30am - 6:30pm) No Call No weekends Mostly scheduled appointments
Some walk in patients Spanish speaking provider would be ideal
