Enjoy hiking in the Ponderosa pines during the summer and skiing in the winter. Flagstaff is 2 hours from Phoenix and 4 hours from Las Vegas. Flagstaff is home to Northern Arizona University as well as some of the best star gazing in the country and offers close proximity to the Grand Canyon & the Historic Route 66.
