Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Tuba City, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,484 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/12/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Tuba City, Arizona, 86045! Job Title: Post Anesthesia Care Unit Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Post Anesthesia Care Unit Nurse Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a critical care setting (PACU, ICU, or ED) License: A valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States or its territories. Certifications: Must have and maintain current valid certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association. Must-Have: Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start. Description: Responsible for providing nursing care to pre-operative and post-operative patients. Involves standardized procedures requiring knowledge and consideration of specific patient conditions and treatments. Provides nursing care in various clinical areas, which require the full range of professional nursing proficiency from admission through discharge planning. Includes assessing the needs of patients with a wide variety of illnesses. Administers medication, operates special equipment, and responds appropriately to emergency situations. Follows guidelines that include doctor's orders, standards of care, nursing policies and procedures manuals, and hospital policies. The nursing team consists of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, community health nurses, nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, CRNA, and community health medics. The position requires adaptability to handle diverse patient needs and a collaborative approach when working with other healthcare professionals.
