Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Duties: /nMinimum of (2) two years of current care/case management experience in the Emergency Department /nTwo (2) years of patient care experience (Hospital, Home health, Skilled Nursing) /nProficient with Electronic Medical Records, Outlook, Microsoft Office Word, and Excel./n/n /n/nRequired Certifications & Licensure: /nMust have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association throughout employment /nMust obtain Case Manager Certification (CCM or ACM) within 2 years from date of hire, if not already obtained ProKatchers Job ID 291927.
