Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Tuba City, AZ Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,272 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Tuba City, Arizona, 86045! ID: 75210012 Shift: Monday - Friday 10hr shifts - 4 days a week, Start Times: 06:00, 06:30, and 07:00Shift Length: 10 Description: Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start! Tuba City Regional Healthcare does not require your RN to have an AZ state license, RN license from any state is acceptable. Must have and maintain a valid BLS, ACLS, PALS. Shared contractor housing, based on availability. No family or pets. Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation, a JCAHO accredited health center, provides services to a 4,400 square mile area and serves as a referral center for the western part of the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. The hospital was constructed in 1975 with a bed capacity of 73. Services provided to the community include comprehensive inpatient/outpatient emergency services, dental and ophthalmology services, orthopedics, OB/GYN, oral surgery, eye surgery and urological procedures. Approximately 49% of the surgeries performed are out patient/ambulatory surgical procedures. Learn more about our organization. The Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is located in Northwestern Arizona on the land known as the Colorado Plateau. This semi-desert landscape varies in elevation from 4,400 in the Little Colorado River Valley to nearly 7,000 feet at Preston Mesa. The unique community of Tuba City offers a culturally rich environment. The Native American tribes located and served here are the Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute. This mixture along with Anglo, Hispanic, and African American employees of the hospital and school systems make a pleasantly diverse community. The staff of medical providers includes surgeons, general medical officers, internal medicine, psychiatrists, pediatricians, family practice physicians, obstetricians, ENT specialists, orthopedic surgeons, and urologists. Dental staff includes general dentists, endodontists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, pediatric dentists, dental assistants and hygienists. The nursing staff includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, community health nurses, nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, CRNA, and community health medics. Responsible for providing nursing care to pre-operative and post-operative patients involving standardized procedures requiring knowledge and consideration of specificpatient conditions and treatments. Provides nursing care in the various clinical areas, which require the full range of professional nursingproficiency from admission through discharge planning. This includes assessing the needs of patients with a wide variety of illnesses, administeringmedication, operating special equipment, and responding appropriately to emergency situations. Follows guidelines that include doctor s orders,standards of care, nursing policies and procedures manuals, and hospital policies. Licensure: A valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territoryof the United States. Certification Must have and maintain a current valid certification of the following throughout employment: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)from the American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association Experience: Minimumof one (1) year of experience within a critical care setting (PACU, ICU, or ED) Compensation. Contractor shall be paid for each individual Nurse s time worked at TCRHCC facilities. The overtime rate is an additional $10.00 per hour to their hourly wage over 40 hours worked in a weekly period. The hourly rate includes all associated costs including, but not limited to, travel, transportation, lodging, etc. No additional amounts will be paid by TCRHCC to Contractor for overtime, or hours worked during the weekends or on holidays. Contractor shall be responsible for compliance with all labor laws including but not limited to the Fair Labor Standards Act with respect to payment of providers assigned to TCRHCC.
