This critical role offers an exciting opportunity to serve patients across all age groups, utilizing your expertise in a collaborative environment. Join us from January 30, 2026, for a 3-day comprehensive shift, and be part of a team committed to excellence in healthcare delivery. Required Skills: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology (ENT) Valid Arizona medical license DEA registration Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically Cerner Ability to work in a fast-paced, trauma Level 1 hospital environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong diagnostic and surgical skills within ENT specialties Nice to Have Skills: Experience with disaster or emergency medicine Additional certifications in advanced airway management or trauma Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not required Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of a residency program in Otolaryngology Prior experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a trauma or emergency department Other Requirements: 24-hour on-call availability during scheduled shifts Travel, licensure, and certification reimbursements where applicable Compliance with all hospital, state, and federal requirements This is a fantastic opportunity to earn an hourly pay rate of $2,074.80, working a 24-hour shift from 07:00 to 07:00.
