Requirements Arizona RN License or compact license required Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS required Trauma Level I and II experince required Minimum 2years of experience required On-Call REQ: 4 weeknights of call and up to 3 weekends of call, up to 1 holiday shift Floating Requirements: Traveler will be required to float to TASC. (Ambulatory Surgical Center) Ambulatory Platform for the hospital Blocked Scheduling: Yes Special Requirements: Traveler must be okay to float to an Outpatient Center located in hospital premises.
