maternal and neonatal care Highlights: Work in a JCAHO-accredited
73-bed regional health care facility serving a diverse, culturally
rich community Provide family-centered care across the full
continuum: antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians,
midwives, nurse practitioners, and specialists Support both
inpatient and outpatient services in a facility performing
approximately 49% ambulatory surgical procedures Experience the
unique landscape of the Colorado Plateau in a semi-desert
environment with elevations ranging from 4,400 to 7,000 feet
Opportunity to serve Native American communities including Navajo,
Hopi, and Southern Paiute populations Requirements: Valid, current,
full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License in any U.S.
state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory Minimum 2 years of OB nursing
experience in antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, nursery, and
Labor and Delivery Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the
American Heart Association Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) from the American Heart Association Current Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) from the American Heart Association
AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced EFM Certification required within
6 months of hire NIH Stroke Scale Certification required within 6
months of hire STABLE Certification required within 1 year of hire
Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO) required within 1 year
of hire Fingerprinting clearance required prior to start date Why
