ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Flagstaff, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVICU - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - CVICU Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Patient ratios: Days 1:2, Nights 1:1 • 36 guaranteed hours per week with facility allowed to call off 6 times during 13-week assignment • 2 years of experience required, first-time travelers accepted • Weekend coverage as needed • Required certifications: Active Arizona RN License or valid compact license, BLS, ACLS • Preferred certification: TNCC • Fresh open-heart experience is REQUIRED • Must be familiar with all hemodynamic monitoring skills, ideally IABP and Impella experience • Prismaflex CRRT experience is a plus • Must be comfortable floating to Critical Care Units (ICU, STICU & PCU), MS TELE Units, and Cardiac Monitoring Room • Care for cardiac and cardio-thoracic patients directly from OR • Manage fresh open heart patients directly from OR or the shift directly after • Experience required with IABP, Impellas, sheath removal, TAVR, IV insulin protocols, dysrhythmia interpretation and management • Must be skilled in pulmonary artery line monitoring, arterial line management, central line care, continuous IV sedation, and titrating cardiac/vasoactive drips • Charting system: Cerner experience required • RNs can wear any scrub color • Free parking provided Facility: This is a 268-bed short-term acute care facility that serves as a teaching hospital and Level I trauma center.
