Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Nursery - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Staff Newborn Nursey RN Opportunity – Show Low, Arizona Direct Hire | Full-Time | 12-Hour Night Shifts Job Description A community-focused healthcare organization in Show Low, Arizona is hiring an experienced Newborn Nursery Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time role. This position will operate in a family-centered care environment on a unit that offers a diverse range of services. Level II Nursery which is certified by the Arizona Perinatal Trust as a Level II Perinatal Care Center. Position Overview - Permanent, full-time role - Start date: ASAP - Care for infants who need special care - Care for patients with respiratory and feeding difficulties - Support staff available Shift Details - 12-hour Night shifts - 6p-6a - 36 hours per week Compensation & Incentives - Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience) - Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus - Relocation assistance available up to $5,000 - Complete benefits package available Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive care for patients requiring special care - Manage newborn and premature infant patients - Care for patients with requiring antibiotic and IV therapy - Practices within professional, legal and ethical standards and is accountable for actions and decisions at all times. - Etc.
