This position is based on a 24-bed Medical-Surgical unit with telemetry capability on all beds and a strong focus on neuro and cardiac care. Position Overview - Permanent, full-time role - Start date: ASAP - 24-bed MedSurg unit with full telemetry capability - Adult and pediatric population - Support staff available Shift Details - 12-hour Night shifts - 6p-6a - 36-hours per week Compensation & Incentives - Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience) - Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus - Relocation assistance available up to $5,000 - Complete benefits package available Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality MedSurg and telemetry nursing care - Manage neuro and cardiac patients - Monitor and interpret telemetry - Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes - Collaborate with hospitalists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams - Participate in unit floating as assigned - Etc. Requirements - Active RN license (Arizona or compact) - Minimum of 2 years of recent MedSurg/Tele RN experience - Strong neuro and cardiac skill set - BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS Why This Opportunity This role is ideal for experienced Med Surg/Tele RNs seeking stability, strong clinical support, and long-term growth in a community-based health system.
