Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Flagstaff, AZ Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,400 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position We’re seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a day shift (Fri–Sun block) position in Flagstaff, AZ . This role involves providing direct perioperative care in a Level I Trauma Center with 11 ORs handling high-volume ortho, trauma, spine, and neuro cases (including craniotomies). Ideal for skilled clinicians who thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment. Requirements ? Requirements: Minimum 2 years of OR experience (Level I Trauma preferred; Level II considered) Active Arizona RN license or compact state license BLS & ACLS certifications – required 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:00) , Fri–Sun block Limited on-call: 8 weeknights per 8-week period Ratios: 1:1 First-timers accepted No floating required Guaranteed hours: 36/week (facility may call off up to 6x per 13 weeks) Free parking and scrubs provided Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
