Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Flagstaff, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,966 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3 years required License: Active, unrestricted RN License or valid, participating compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required; TNCC preferred Must-Have: - Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in an emergency room setting - Experience with a typical patient ratio of 4:1 - Basic pediatric skills Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care in a fast-paced emergency room environment. Shifts will be 3x12 hours during the night. The nurse will work every other weekend as required. This role does not allow for on-call duties or blocked scheduling. Nursing staff can wear any color of scrubs. The facility maintains a focus on quality and patient safety standards. The RN will have opportunities to work with interdisciplinary support teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Candidates should be comfortable floating to different units based on skill sets and patient census. The facility is a Level I trauma center, providing care for a diverse patient population including infants, children, and adults. The nurse will utilize Cerner for charting and documentation. All candidates must have a commitment to patient-centered care and be prepared to handle a variety of critical medical situations. Additional skills in managing complex cases, interpreting dysrhythmias, and providing emergency interventions are necessary.
