Required Skills: Board Certification or Board Eligible in Urology Active Arizona Medical License DEA Certification Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience Proficiency with Cerner EMR system Ability to handle 24-hour beeper call shifts Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment Nice to Have Skills: Experience in a hospital-based Urology practice Prior experience with adult patient populations Familiarity with hospital operations and multidisciplinary teams Additional certifications in advanced urological procedures Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Residency training in Urology At least 1 year of post-residency clinical practice preferred Other Requirements: Active Arizona medical license (mandatory for submission) DEA certification needed prior to start Ability to work 24-hour shifts on a day schedule (07:00 - 07:00) Willingness to support occasional travel and related reimbursements as applicable This is a compelling opportunity to join a supportive team in a rewarding role with an hourly pay rate of $4,074.02.
