Description & Requirements - Specialty: Care Manager - Discipline:
RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, on
call, rotating - Employment Type: Travel RN Case Manager: • A
valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License
to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America,
The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United
States. Experience: • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of
experience in the clinical care setting • Experience and knowledge
of discharge planning, case management, or utilization review
processes. • Demonstrate knowledge of electronic health record
systems. Certifications/Requirements ACLS/BLS/PALS/NRP First
