We are seeking a skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to provide exceptional care at Flagstaff Medical Center. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a difference in patients’ lives through comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services in a collaborative hospital setting. Required Skills: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid Arizona medical license or IMLC certification DEA certification Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in OB/GYN Proficiency in managing deliveries, prenatal, and gynecological procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Cerner EMR system Additional certifications in fetal monitoring or minimally invasive gynecologic procedures Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Prior experience in hospital-based obstetrics or community health settings Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in OB/GYN practice Other Requirements: Availability for night shifts (2x24-hour shifts from 19:00 to 19:00) Beeper call coverage for deliveries (1-3 deliveries per shift) Average callback hours per shift: 4-8 hours Compliance with hospital credentialing process (15-20 days) Willingness to uphold hospital policies, including credentialing and licensure requirements Travel and certification reimbursements available where applicable This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $2,223, along with comprehensive benefits such as weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, referral bonuses, paid sick time, and additional reimbursements.
