In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a 5-bed ICU, with occasional floating to the ED, Med/Surg, or Peds units as needed. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering nursing care to critically ill patients and supporting their families Following doctors' orders and adhering to standards of care and hospital policies Providing after-hours recovery for post-op general surgery, pediatric, and OB patients To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Need 3 years experience in ICU setting Associate Degree in Nursing Current valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) to practice in any state of the USA, Puerto Rico, or a US territory Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association (within 6 months of hire) Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) certification (within 6 months of hire) National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (within 6 months of hire) COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply) Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
