Job Description Staff Today is seeking a local contract nurse
Correctional for a local contract nursing job in Holbrook, Arizona.
Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Correctional -
Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12
hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Health Advocates
Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a
Facility in Holbrook, AZ. These are registry positions with our
company. Pay Rate: $47.26 / hour Travel pkg Gross Wages $24.83 X
36=$893.88 Lodging $85 and M&I $50= $945 per week Travel
Stipend Total Travel pkg: $1,838.88 Shift Details: - Night shift -
7 P to 7 A, Working Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights every week
Minimum Qualifications: - A valid and current RN license issued by
the state of AZ - A valid and current CPR card (American Heart
Association) - Proficiency in the English language is necessary for
communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to
communicate effectively in oral and written English - Corrections
experience preferred Job Responsibilities: - Provides general
nursing care to patients. - Administers prescribed medications and
treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques. -
Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and
examinations of patients. - Observes patient, records significant
conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of
patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and
significant incidents. - Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure,
and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess
condition of patient. - May make beds, bathe, and feed patients. -
May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care
to number of patients. - Additional RN duties given by Supervisor.
