Position OverviewSeeking an experienced Dentist to join our team,
providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a
patient-centered, supportive environment. This role allows you to
focus on clinical excellence while benefiting from the lifestyle

Full-scope general dentistry, including preventive, restorative,
and routine procedures Work within a Patient-Centered Medical Home
(PCMH) model Supportive team environment with on-site dental
assistants and care coordination Flexible scheduling to promote
work-life balance Compensation & Benefits Total compensation:
$142,000 – $177,000 272 hours PTO annually (prorated based on start
date) 80 hours sick leave annually (prorated) Eligibility for up to
three loan repayment programs (HPSA score 25) Federal Tort and Tail
End malpractice coverage Paid license, DEA, and board
certifications CME funds and dedicated CME time-off Flexible and

Qualifications DMD or DDS degree from an accredited institution
Arizona dental license (current or eligible to obtain) Minimum 3
years post-graduate experience in general dentistry Commitment to
