Description:The Flagstaff KOA is a beautiful mountain campground set at 7000 feet among tall ponderosa pine trees at the base of the San Francisco Peaks. We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing people to join our outdoor guest service team. Located off Route 66, The Flagstaff KOA is just an hour from the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon, an hour and a half from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and a short 15 minute drive from Northern Arizona University. We are open year-round offering camping in RVs, Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, tents & Teepees. Our goal is to create a great camping experience for our guests by offering excellent customer service. If you enjoy meeting new people, working in a fun yet challenging environment and helping families create memories to last a lifetime we want to talk to you!WORKING HOURSPart Time/Seasonal20-40 hours/week depending on the occupancy of the parkScheduled hours can be 7am-10pmMost hours will be scheduled in the afternoon-evening, on weekends & holidays$17.40/hourRESPONSIBILITIESEnsures customers receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophyHelp to ensure the safety of guest and campground property with attentive observation and actionCoordinate with Office staff for late guest arrivalsCoordinate with office staff for problem resolution when availableLearn and operate Campground Management systemCommunicate with all staff and management using Microsoft TeamsEnforce campground policies and implement solutions consistent with goals of parkProactive guest management to ensure positive environment for all guestsWelcome after hours guests and complete check in processLight custodial work to maintain high standard of cleanliness in all facilitiesDaily cleaning and sanitizing of guest restroomsClean and prepare accommodation units for guests including but not limited to: linens, kitchen wares, BBQs, bathroom & living roomFilling LP gas tanks during office hoursComplete various duties as assigned by manager which can include but are not limited to: light janitorial duties, assisting other departments in completion of tasks, overall support in daily performance of the campground.Requirements:--- Good customer service and communications skills--- Able to work with others and work independently--- Licensed Driver-able to operate light vehicles safely on and off property--- Professional Appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members--- Communicate professionally and patiently--- Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 50 lbs.--- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment--- General knowledge of maintenance and use of common repair toolsPM21PI8a0dd6aedc3a-25660-34130573
