Guardian Flight, a premier provider in air medical services, is seeking skilled Fixed Wing Pilots to join our team of dedicated aviation professionals. Our mission is to deliver exceptional air medical transportation with safety, respect, and precision. As a Fixed Wing Pilot, you will play a crucial role in operating our fleet of advanced fixed-wing aircraft, facilitating rapid and safe transportation of patients during critical times. This role requires meticulous adherence to flight regulations and the ability to work adeptly in varied and challenging conditions. Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure all systems are functioning optimally before takeoff. Operate fixed-wing aircraft in accordance with all applicable FAA regulations and company policies. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient safety and comfort during transportation. Manage communication with control towers, dispatchers, and ground staff to ensure informed and clear operations. Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation as per regulatory and company requirements. Regularly participate in safety drills and training sessions. Provide compassionate customer service, ensuring patient and family comfort and confidence throughout transport. Professional composure and decision-making under pressure Expert navigational skills Ability to perform complex maneuvers with fixed-wing aircraft Adept in the use of aviation and communication equipment Strong understanding of aeronautical meteorology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k FAA Commercial Pilot License Instrument Rating - Fixed Wing Medical Certificate Class 1 Flight Instructor Rating (optional but beneficial) ATP certification preferred
