Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the Flagstaff, AZ Human Resources Team as well as factory personnel from all other departments. You will act as a receptionist directing emails, phone calls, and in-person office visitors appropriately. You will also support recruiting efforts and perform other administrative functions.Direct incoming calls, emails, and visitors to Human Resources Department and factory, adhering to factory badge and security policy.Handle factory attendance, preparing weekly time cards for distribution.Distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and complete all department filing.Maintain factory contact list.Purchase office supplies.Advertise and promote company and community events.Assist with recruiting efforts and other interdepartmental tasks.All other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent.1+ years' Human Resources, clerical, or customer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment.REQUISITION ID:220082It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.To our veterans and separated service members, you're at the forefront of our minds as we recruit top talent to join Nestl--.
