Arizona Foundation Solutions LLC is seeking a Home Inspector to join our team in Northern Arizona.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position involves measuring and photographing residential and commercial foundations and delivering the data to the engineering team. The EA Tech will draw floor plans, survey foundations, and document building damage. Some construction or engineering background is helpful but not required for this entry-level position. In this full-time position, after training, and shadowing and experiencing EA Tech, will go out to residential homes as scheduled, communicate with homeowners, draw floor plans, survey foundations, and deliver data to the
engineering team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ability to prepare and submits floorplans
• Ability to use tools including level, manometer, tape measure, etc.
• Regular, reliable on-site attendance
• Ability to legally drive a motor vehicle
• Ability to travel throughout the state
• Available to work a 40-hour work week
• Other duties as requiredEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  
  
  • A valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • High School education of GED.
  • Reliable transportationNECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
    
    
    • Must have an unrestricted driver license and be willing to travel
