About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Camstar MES
Technical Specialist to join our Manufacturing Operations
Management platform, specifically supporting for our Camstar MES
solution we are rolling out and have to sustain in our Medical
Plants in Arizona on the West Coast, including to support
application implementation, configuration, documentation, testing
and maintenance. Depending on upcoming business needs, there is
potential opportunity/expectation for further development in other
Manufacturing Operations Management systems. This position offers
the option to work on-site at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona or
a facility in Elkton, Maryland. Hybrid and fully remote work
allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon
the responsibilities of the role and business needs.*
Responsibilities: Evaluate and participate in selection process for
software packages, and advise on options, risk, ROI, and impact on
business processes and goals Configure and implement larger
enhancements in Camstar to meet functional and non-functional
requirements, while incorporating end-user feedback into design and
prototypes Develop technical specifications and procedures, test
documents and scripts that align to functional specifications Set
up environments and partner with Operations and Business Engagement
for integrated testing and releases into all environments Stay
current with system capability and planned functionality Evaluate
and be accountable for technical Life-Cycle and execution of
Roadmap with the team Provide day to day support as 3rd level
support and investigate problems working with the Operations team
to understand root cause Understand, follow, and provide input to
the Enterprise Architecture process Understand and follow the
Quality Assurance, ITLT and SDLC processes Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience configuring and maintaining a
production Camstar MES system, including application installations,
patching, testing, supporting, etc Minimum 3 years practical
experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases design,
development/indexing, and support Minimum 3 years practical
experience in software development using Camstar Designer, Camstar
Portal Studio, CIO, WebPortal/Services, Microsoft Visual Studio,
C#, ASP.NET, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
programming Must have demonstrated success in operating in a
collaborative team development environment Ability to build
collaborative and productive working relationships/partnerships
across teams, functions, and regions Ability to be proactive,
prioritize activities, communicate, and function autonomously as
well as in a small team Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
with a demonstrated commitment to continuous professional
development Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem
solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written
communication skills including the ability to write technical
documentation and communicate technical information to
non-technical audiences Ability to travel 10% Desired
Qualifications: Experience working in medical device or other
related regulated industry with an understanding of FDA regulations
governing computer system validation and operation in manufacturing
Experience with Cognos dashboards, basic SQL management, SSRS,
Boomi, Loftware, AWS, Lenel and/or in technically maintaining other
Manufacturing Operations Management solutions Experience with
Enterprise Data Integration Platforms, preferred Boomi *Remote
Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the
continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate
