hire.Working under general supervision and with moderate
difficulty, this position is responsible for providing assistance
with the department's service contracts administration.ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists with the preparation,
processing, and maintenance of service contracts, to ensure
accuracy and program complianceAssists with the management of
contracts, including processing and reviewing monthly financial and
programmatic reports from subcontractors, to ensure accuracy,
quality service delivery, and program complianceAssists with
collecting, verifying, and submitting subcontractor invoices for
payment, to ensure timely and accurate processingAssists with
managing financial accounts and records, to ensure program
complianceCompiles and summarizes data for the completion and
submission of various program reports to ensure accuracy and
timelinessAssists with the annual program monitoring process, to
ensure program complianceAssists with subcontractor training and
technical assistance to ensure program compliance and quality
service deliveryAssists with various clerical duties to ensure
efficient and effective administrative operationsProvides internal
and external customer service, to ensure efficient and effective
service delivery Other related duties as assigned.EDUCATION AND/OR
EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma / GED; and two years' experience in
bookkeeping, accounting, or business; OR an equivalent combination
of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the
ability to perform the duties of the position.CONDITIONS OF
